Starter Website Care covers the recurring technical work and small content changes that a business site needs after launch. It is for a site that needs a reliable operating routine, not a new design project every month.
The monthly starting price covers the stated care scope. Your agreement identifies the specific site, systems, third-party costs, and final monthly amount.
What the monthly plan includes
The plan includes premium website hosting, up to two hours of website edits each month, monthly WordPress maintenance, core updates, caching, DNS management, backups, uptime monitoring, and security and performance scans. It also includes image optimization, a weekly broken-link scan, and a staging server for checking changes before they reach the public site.
You also get a custom analytics dashboard and a detailed monthly report of updates and findings. At onboarding, we conduct basic SEO, usability, and Core Web Vitals audits. A strategy call of up to thirty minutes per quarter gives you a place to discuss the site beyond a ticket-by-ticket view.
These tasks work together. Updates and monitoring help surface issues. Backups support recovery. The report shows what was done and what needs attention next. None of those steps guarantees that a third-party service or search engine will behave in a particular way.
Two hours cover routine edits, not new builds
The two monthly hours are suited to routine changes such as replacing text or images, updating a link, or changing existing page details. A new page system, redesign, custom integration, or substantial feature belongs in a separate project scope. We identify the request before starting work so you know whether it fits the plan.
Requests, responses, and the support allowance
Starter care has a response window of 3 to 7 business days. Your agreement will say how requests are submitted, when that window starts, and what counts as a response. Starter care also comes with a separate support-request allowance. That allowance is not extra design or development time on top of the two website-edit hours. Your agreement will define how each allowance works and what happens when a request falls outside the plan.
